Recipe Name Celery, Mushroom and Garlic soup

Ingredients 350g of chopped mushrooms
4 Celery sticks chopped
3 garlic cloves
White wine, 3 tsps
750 ml of vegetable stock
Worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp
1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
Salt and pepper 
Preparation 1. Pop the mushrooms, garlic and celery into a pan and stir in the wine. Cover and cook over a low heat, for 30-40 minutes until the vegetables are soft.

2. Add half the stock, pour into a processor and puree until smooth. Return to the pan, add the remaining stock, the nutmeg and the worcesershire sauce.

3. Bring the soup to the boil and season to taste.
