Yoghurt Soup 
Recipe Name Yoghurt Soup

Traditional food from  
Ingredients 450ml/ 2 cups of natural yoghurt, beaten
25g/ 1oz of gram flour (besan)
Half a teaspoon of chilli powder
Half a teaspoon of tumeric salt, to taste
2-3 fresh green chillies finely chopped
60ml/ 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 whole red dried chilli
1 tablespoon of cumin seeds
3-4 curry leaves
3 crushed garlic cloves
5cm piece of fresh root ginger, peeled and crushed
2 tablespoons of fresh chopped corriander
