Recipe Name Apple and Cashew soup

Ingredients 1 onion
100g button mushrooms
100g cashew nuts
600ml apple juice
Salt and pepper
Quarter teaspoon of dried mixed herbs
1 teaspoon yeast extract 
Preparation 1. Chop the onion and halve the mushrooms. Put all the ingrediants into a large saucepan. Bring to the boil and reduce the heat to simmer gently for 10 minutes.

2. Pour the soup into individual bowls and serve with warm french bread.
